UNMIXED WASH N FOLDS
OUR TERMS N CONDITIONS
1. SERVICE SCOPE
Unmixes provides Wash N Fold services only. Dry cleaning, ironing, pressing, steaming, or special garment care services are not offered under any circumstances.
2. NO DRY-CLEAN-ONLY GARMENTS
Garments labeled “Dry Clean Only,” “Not Water Washable,” or similar care instructions must not be included in Wash N Fold orders.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY – DECLARATION OF GARMENTS
Customers are solely responsible for informing Unmixes at the time of handover if their order includes:
- Dry-clean-only garments.
- Non-water-washable items.
- Delicate, embellished, or special-care garments .
Failure to declare such items releases Unmixes from all liability for damage, shrinkage, colour bleeding, or fabric deterioration.
4. NO ITEM-BY-ITEM INSPECTION
Wash N Fold orders are processed in bulk. Due to operational practicality, individual garment inspection is not performed. Any claims based on undeclared items will not be entertained.
5. STAINS & SOILING DISCLOSURE
Customers must clearly inform Unmixes of major, old, or stubborn stains at the time of handover.
- General stains will be treated to the maximum possible extent using standard detergents.
- Hard or set-in stains may require separate treatment and must be handed over separately.
- Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
6. COLOUR BLEEDING & FABRIC REACTION
Unmixes is not responsible for colour bleeding, dye transfer, fading, or fabric reactions caused by:
- Poor fabric quality
- Manufacturer defects
- Improper care labels
- Mixed colours supplied by the customer
7. WASH N FOLD OUTPUT
All Wash N Fold orders are washed, neatly folded and Packaged only. No ironing, hanger delivery, or pressed finish is included.
8. GARMENT WEAR & TEAR
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to loose buttons, weak seams, stretched elastics, faded prints, or fragile fabrics, is not the responsibility of Unmixes.
9. POCKETS & PERSONAL ITEMS
Customers must empty all pockets prior to handover. Unmixes is not liable for damage to garments, machines, or loss of personal items left inside clothing.
10. WEIGHT-BASED BILLING
Wash N Fold services are charged based on weight, not by garment count. Minor weight variations may occur due to moisture retention or fabric type.
11. COLLECTION TIMELINE
Orders must be collected within the communicated time frame. Unclaimed orders beyond the holding period may incur storage charges.
12. CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS
Any service-related concerns must be reported within 72 hours of collection. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Unmixes shall not be held responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond operational control, including power failures, water supply issues, or acts of nature.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Handing over garments to Unmixes constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, whether read or not.
